return & refund policy

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, returned within 30 days of delivery.

Email [email protected] with your order number. We'll send the return address and instructions.

Paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; paid by us if the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.

If an item arrives damaged or develops a weaving fault within 30 days of normal use, email a photo and we'll replace or refund it.

Issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Original shipping is refunded only when the return is due to our error.
